Our turkey are raised on the open pasture in 1/4 acre pens that are moved weekly. This allows them to live as they were always supposed to be and not squeezed into sheds.
The oven ready weight is around 24lbs on average, and does not come with giblets.

We have a bronze variety of the commercial broad breasted bird. Once again we are working on our proven belief that it isn’t the animal that makes the difference but how we take care of them. No large sheds filled with birds, shoulder to shoulder but the wide open pasture. Green grass and bugs under a sky full of sunshine and fresh air.
I ask you, how can that be wrong in any way?
Here on the farm we encourage ALL wildlife and that includes Hawks and Owls. Because of this we have to include bodyguards for the Turkey, we use Geese! Chuck, in our case. Check them out on our Gallery page.
